We are a fitness studio offering a variety of classes designed to improve and enhance balance, posture, long & lean muscle tone, flexibility, endurance and core strength while having fun.

Relevé offers adult group classes and personal training with a choice of total body workouts that utilize a ballet barre, floor mat, hand weights and resistance bands to create a longer leaner you. All of our non-impact classes will lift the seat, tone the thighs, define the arms and strengthen the core while improving your overall balance and flexibility.

At Relevé, you set your own fitness goals.   You don’t have to have a dance background, just a willingness to improve your body, mind, spirit... so no tutus or tights, just comfortable work-out clothes.   We “check our pride” at the door.  Socks (grip) or clean “indoor” fitness shoes are required....so come on in and join us.
